To make tricolor rice you will need
Spinach- one cup
Rice- 1 cup
Tomato puree – one cup
Ghee- 2 tbsp
Salt- as per taste
Cream – 1 cup
Water
Food color- optional

Recipe to make Tiranga Rice (How to make Tiranga Rice)
To make tri-coloured rice, first clean the rice thoroughly with water 3-4 times in a bowl. Now you cook rice in the normal way by adding water in a cooker or a big pan. When the rice is cooked, turn off the gas and let it cool. Now wash the spinach thoroughly and cut it. Grind it in a mixer and make a paste. Take out in a separate bowl. Take one cup tomato puree. If you want, chop the tomatoes and blend them in a mixer to make a paste. This will taste more natural and will be much healthier and tastier than puree. These things will give natural color to the rice. The rice would have cooled down by now. Divide these into three equal parts. Place a pan or wok on the gas. Add ghee in it and heat it.

Now add tomato paste to it and fry. Add rice to it and stir well. If you want to add more color, you can add orange food color. Now take it out in a plate. Similarly, add rice and cream in the pan and fry it. Take it out in a plate. Then fry the spinach paste well in ghee and mix rice in it. Rice will start appearing green. Take this out in a plate also. Arrange the rice in another plate giving it the desired shape. Children will definitely be happy after eating this tricolor fried rice.
